Healthy Eating

We believe that good eating habits start at a young age, and we understand the role that we play in meeting the nutritional needs of children. We provide children with a variety of wholesome and nutritious meals every day that are designed in accordance with the guidelines set out by the NSW Health Department. Our meals are prepared fresh daily and we are happy to accommodate special dietary requirements. Menus are available for parents to view at all times, and we encourage both parents and children to give feedback on the rotating menus. A selection of fresh fruits are served at morning and afternoon tea alongside other snacks.  Additionally, we are committed to assisting families to ensure that their meals at home are similarly healthy, by sharing our child friendly recipes and providing nutritional advice whenever requested.
